"Beethoven's Grosse Fuge Op. 133” responds to the experience of a society enduring systemic oppression, social isolation, and violent upheavals during a period of political unrest. This radically egalitarian, physically virtuosic choreographic collaboration bridges barriers of class, race, gender, age, and culture.
